Kenilworth Castle again plays host one of the best Christmas events in Warwickshire

Kenilworth Lions Carols at the Castle ~ Saturday 21st December 2013

One of the most outstanding places to visit in the area Kenilworth Castle & Elizabethan Garden is steeped in history with an atmosphere that is always special and where the festive spirit will again be alive this Christmas.

Kenilworth Lions welcome you to the annual ‘Carols at the Castle' a magical family start to Christmas.

 

 

Always a memorable start to Christmas, the concert is a feast of Christmas music, singing and poetry. Dress warmly and come and join in singing of your favourite Christmas carols around the Christmas tree. Get into the Charismas spirit with music provided by the Salvation Army Band, supported by the choir of St. Augustine School and the Clinton Steel Pans.

The gates open at 5.30 pm for a 6.00 pm start ~ Hot drinks will also be on sale.
Cost of entry is £5.00 ~ children under 12 are free ~ Tickets can be bought in advance at Kenilworth Library.

The Castle car park fills quickly on the evening of the carols where it will not be possible, once parked to move your car again until the end of the service.  


 

There is alternative parking at Abbey End Car Park, Abbey Fields Car Park and Smalley Place Car Park.

Visitors in wheelchairs may make arrangements in advance to park on Castle Green.
